How to Reuse an Opus 5.5 Video Prompt

Opus 5.5 does not render video directly. It writes the code — HTML, Canvas, SVG, Three.js and friends — or directs other models, and the result is recorded as a video. That means every clip here has a prompt you can copy and run yourself.

Read the clip first

Each video shows what the model actually produced. Note the style, the pacing and the medium — motion graphics, explainers, 3D scenes, or playable games — because the prompt alone does not tell you how faithfully the result matches the brief.

Copy the prompt

Open any video and copy its prompt from the panel next to the player, or hit Copy prompt on a card in the grid. Some creators shared only part of their prompt; those entries say so.

Run it

  1. Paste the prompt into Claude Opus 5.5 — in Claude Code, the Claude app, or any agent running Opus 5.5.
  2. Ask it to render the result as a single HTML file (or a program), then open that file.
  3. Record the page if you want a video, or refine the prompt and run it again.

Tips

  • Be specific about medium and duration: “a 15-second motion graphics showreel” beats “make something cool”.
  • Ask for a single self-contained HTML file when you want something you can open and screen-record.
  • When a result is close, ask the model to revise the code rather than rewriting the prompt from scratch.
  • Keep the creator’s original post linked — the prompt is theirs, and more context is often in the thread.
